David Norouzi, the President of the company, has been licensed as a real-estate broker in the State of California since 1988 and an attorney in the State of California since 1989. Additionally, he is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, ICSC, and CCIM. David is also a certified ICSC Construction Development Specialist. David earned his Bachelors of Science in Finance from University of Southern California, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, where he graduated at the top of his class.
